Reception Rental Supplies and DJ services: The wedding party agrees to pay 50% of the balance for rentals as a non-refundable deposit on all rental items to secure them for the rental date. This minimum price includes all catering items for up to 30 guests. The catering minimums start at $2000 for 30 people or less during a weekday in winter, which increases with additional guests, on weekends, and in peak season. Most of our catered meals average $60-$80 per person. The Heceta Lighthouse B&B caters wedding receptions for up to 150 people-menus and cost vary depending upon the season and your menu choices.
